1. Due to privacy of messages, S-Fone will not monitor the contents of SMS or Email sent through S-Fone system. Thus, user is responsible for the contents of the message sent by him/ her. In addition, user is not allowed to use SMS or Email services to annoy or to worry other people.

2. Subscriber's web account will be deleted in some case:"

+ When pre-paid subscriber is terminated, his/her web account will be deleted.

+ When post-paid subscriber is suspended, his/her web account will be deleted.

3. Member of Web portal is not allowed to send messages which contain the following contents:

+ Violate Vietnamese habits and customs

+ National security - Politics - Military

Violate or instruct other people to violate the law of Socialist Republic of Viet Nam

Any violation the above regulations will cause S-Fone to terminate the user‘s right of using S-Fone services. Also depending on the level of violation user has to take all responsibilities under the law of Social Republic of Viet Nam.
